What the forms collect
The contact form asks for your name, work email, company, an optional WhatsApp number, a description of the agent you want, and an optional note about how you found us. The newsletter field asks for an email only. We use this to reply to you and to keep a record of the enquiry.
What the site collects on its own
The host and our content system may log IP address, browser type and pages requested, the way any web server does. A chat bubble loaded from chat.nabuxai.com may set its own cookies if you open it. We do not run a public advertising network from these pages.
Why
To answer enquiries, to provide the pages you asked for, and to keep the site reliable. We do not sell personal information.
How long
Enquiry records are kept long enough to do the work and meet ordinary accounting needs, then deleted or reduced. You can ask us to delete an enquiry by emailing info@nabuxai.com.
Sharing
Messages are stored in our content system so the team can read them. We do not pass your form to a list broker. Payment, if you later buy a product, happens on the checkout page and is covered there before you pay.
NabuSu
NabuSu is a sleep-hygiene companion. It is not a medical device. Do not send health records through the marketing form.
Children
This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
